  • 6% have links to other social media on their sites

  • 26% have a Twitter account
  • Of these, 23% provide a link to their account on their website – all are larger retailers
  • 77% of those with a Twitter account provide no link from their website
Those with Twitter accounts have on average:
  • 348 Followers
  • 90 users they were following
  • A history of 129 tweets
