USN are one of the UK's leading sports nutrition and supplement suppliers.

In 2009, USN asked us to migrate their old online store onto the dotCommerce platform, to give their website the stability and flexibility that their growing business demanded.

Next they turned to dotSEO - our SEO team - to optimise their site for maximum search engine rankings, traffic and conversions.

What we did

The success of our SEO for USN (a 40% increase in search traffic in the first 2 months) led to a brief to completely redesign the website to drive more conversions.

We focussed on radically improving the checkout process and experience; redesigning the navigation for both SEO and an improved user journey, and creating a contemporary, brand enhancing new look and feel.
