Rapid Climate Control is a UK leading climate control specialist,offering business and domestic customers climate control systems,installation and maintenance services.
Rapid Climate Control Ltd approached dotCommerce to build 2 new sites. An eCommerce site where customers could purchase their heat and cooling systems, and a service led site to sell thier consultancy and serviced packages.
Essential to the build and launch was keeping the search rankings built by sister agency dotSearch.
What we did
dotCommerce spec'd, designed and built 2 websites which although very different in look and feel, engaged with the target audience.
A product finder was introduced to Rapid Heatbusters to allow visitors to understand what they need when it comes to heating or cooling systems. New navigation for both sites allows visitors to quickly find what they're looking for and prominent site search with filters helps visitors get to the products they need quickly and easily.
Data capture is integral to both sites. Using dotCommerce, the contact us form on Rapid Climate Control use the postcode entered to send the enquiry dynamically to the customer's local service centre, ensuring that the highest quality of service is given to their clients.
